Whenever we received our spray, the spray nozzle was leaking. I reached through email and not only was the woman who got back with me super friendly, she immediately sent me two new sprayers (I only had 1 that was bad). We also received an unexpected gift in the mail, which was their car freshener. We love these products and the customer support behind them. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
